I wanted you to know how much I appreciate your excellent service. Our driver is Carlos. He is very professional and if my daughter is late getting to the bus after school, he calls my cell to confirm she is riding. Also, when we were having major afternoon thunderstorms, he called to let me know the children were not released from school on time due to lightening. It is this type of personal care that has gained my trust in you and keeps me recommending your service. 

I recently have found out Carlos is a professional opera singer! Jewel taped him singing Happy Birthday! Please know your service is much needed and has been a great blessing to us!!

We have no problems with George. He seems like a very nice man. My kids like him. I love that he waits till they get inside the house when they are dropped home! That is very kind of him. He also waits till they get their seat belts on, before he drives.

 

My kids report that he does not use his cell phone etc. while driving and I think that is the most important thing: safe, careful driving. Just continue to enforce that with all your drivers!

Carlos is our driver and he is wonderful.   He’s been friendly and courteous since the first communication by phone.  He greets my Sophie warmly each and every day.  And even takes the time to greet Sophie’s little brother.  Carlos proactively contacts me when Sophie is not where she is supposed to be which makes me confident she is in good hands.  And lastly, Carlos is extremely flexible.  There are days each week when Sophie does not take the bus for one reason or another and Carlos keeps it all straight.  Thank you Carlos!!

I have been using Maya’s Carpool to bring home my three daughters from Trinity Prep to Lake Forest in Sanford since August 2008 and I cannot be happier. The afternoon service is particularly helpful (and I think somewhat unique) in that they offer two pick-up times. One is right after school and the other leaves after sports or theater rehearsals end at 5:30. With one kid coming right home every day, another with sports practices for several months at a time, and a third who is involved in theater so sometimes comes home early and sometimes late, it is such a great help to have everyone get home safely on their own schedule. I wish I had done this years ago! Maya and Carlos are friendly and dependable with superb communication to me and with the kids. I feel very confident that they are safe and sound with Maya’s Carpool and I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Maya’s Carpool Transportation Service. Our daughter is in sixth grade and we were very fortunate to find such a great transportation service. The van is clean, safe, comfortable, and modern. Maya is very careful and observant, a wonderful driver who obeys all traffic laws and emphasizes safety. She is very punctual, which is extremely important to me because I would not use a service that did not respect my family’s time. In addition, she checks in with us frequently by e-mail or phone to confirm if we need to make schedule changes. Finally, Maya is always smiling and pleasant, a great way to start your day as your child is delivered to a highly responsible person for the drive to school. I should add that my daughter reports that Maya is “really nice and kind.” I would recommend that anyone who is considering Maya sign up quickly before all the spaces are filled.

This service has been a real blessing to us, Maya is extremely prompt and is very concerned about making sure that the children get to school on time. If there is ever a traffic problem in the afternoons, she is sure to call and assure us parents that the kids are fine and she might be 10 minutes late. This letter is to verify that Maya’s Carpool Student Transportation service has been used by Gulliver parents for their children’s transportation for at least 5 years. Maya’s Carpool is contracted directly by the parents. Parents have not expressed complaints or concerns about Maya’s service to this office. In our experience Maya’s has been reliable and appears to hire responsible and caring drivers. They also appear to accommodate their clients well.

With this letter I highly recommend the transportation services of Maya's Carpool. The bus service was prompt and courteous through out the many years it served the students of Palmer Trinity School. As an administration office person, I would know if students were late due to bus service and we never heard complaints from the parents who has registered with Maya's. In addition, we did not hear from residents of Palmetto Bay, the Miami-Dade community through which the buses would travel to school. Maya's Carpool phone number was one that we frequently offered to incoming students. I am glad to hear that Maya is reorganizing, now in the Orlando area, and wish them the best success.
